America is never going to win the "war on drugs" because if people want to find a way they will. Instead make it safe for people who make the choice to do drugs and protect everyone else from any harm the addicted may cause. I propose drug centers that are staffed by health professionals, can monitor patient health, and administer drugs in controlled doses and conditions (I mean the currently illegal kind and types that are legal but used improperly as an example to get high). People will be contained while "high" in the center. This will create jobs for America, reduce the demand and price of illegal drugs and activity to supply them, can produce tax revenue, gives an outlet for people who choose to do drugs a safe environment to do them, and keeps everyone else safe from harm.
