Mr. President, your response entitled, "A Message from President Obama about Your Petition on Reducing Gun Violence" implies that you were only responding to those advocating gun control. You lumped together many petitions asking, requesting, demanding that you uphold the Constitution, and stop trying to take away our rights to defend ourselves, along with a few petitions advocating gun control (supporting your position). This is deceitful and unworthy of our Commander-in Chief. Please stop ignoring our requests to respect our second amendment rights, and acknowledge the fact that thousands of Americans defend themselves with firearms every day, and your gun control efforts would put them at risk.
