The federal government has been continuously LYING to the American people about the cannabis(marijuana). It is time the federal government STOP LYING and tell the truth about cannabis and the medicinal properties and BENEFITS that come with its use. The prohibition of cannabis has resulted in over a quarter of a million arrests annually and overwhelmingly targets minorities. And for what? To prevent individuals from consuming a substance vastly SAFER THAN ALCOHOL. In fact, cannabis is BY FAR THE SAFEST MOST THERAPEUTIC AGENT KNOWN TO MAN. Why is the federal government treating the American people like children? Why are we allowed to kill ourselves legally with tobacco and alcohol but not HEAL ourselves with cannabis? Enough is enough. Legalize. Tax. Regulate.
