Provisions in the IP chapter as shown by Wikileaks in November shows that Obama -not the administration- Obama himself, favors the interests of corporate over those of the citizens he was sworn by oath to protect.
The provision in particular to be addressed in this petition is making unintentional copyright infringement a criminal offense. It abhorrently crushes innovation, and spits in the face of people like fan-artists -who create non-profit works- and fans of franchises the world over. New ideas of today are built off the ideas of yesteryear, and this provision aims to crush that.
This is inexcusable, and stepping on the freedom of expression of these uncountable numbers of people the world over. Something that is unconstitutional, and morally corrupt.
