We respectfully demand to control bullets, which are not protected under the Second Amendment. Bullets should be dispensed by the government, no more than 10 bullets per person (not by gun owned) at a price ranging from $1,000 to $5,000. To acquire new bullets after a year, the used empty shells should be returned in exchange for new bullets and gun owners will only be able to buy an equal number of new bullets as empty shells returned. Rubber bullets should be sold at a price of $100 per bullet for target practice.
Assault weapons must be banned. Magazines that hold more than 10 bullets must also be banned. Current owners of these weapons and magazines should surrender them to the government in exchange for a weapon and magazine within the new law.
