Major national retailers, most notably Kmart, are forcing their employees to work on Thanksgiving instead of spending the holiday with their family. Thanksgiving is a day that should be spent with family and friends, however these retailers are making this impossible for workers all over the country. This disgusts me, and because of that, I am asking the Obama Administration and the US Congress to pass a bill that will stop these companies from forcing their employees to work on Thanksgiving.
