Year after year officers,security guards, and self-appointed vigilantes, have taken justice into their own hands by maiming or killing unarmed Americans, and in most occasion the citizens of the United States or citizens of the city that the misconduct took place, have to pay for the officer's misbehavior to the family of the victims.
This petition is asking that any and all payments must come from the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) or the Police Union, and not the already over burden American public.
