stop making excuses based on "research" by the FDA.

Your excuse for withholding marijuana is based on research performed by the FDA. The FDA's research shows that their are adverse side effects to smoking marijuana, such as addiction, respiratory disease, and cognitive impairment. The FDA also allows the use of drugs for treatment of non-life threatening conditions, that cause cancer,addiction,life threatening infection, birth defects, and just plain risk of death. For this, I believe the FDA should place stricter guidelines as per what drugs they deem acceptable, thus motivating the pharmaceutical companies to maintain better standards of output. Meanwhile, marijuana should be completely legal for ANY use by Any individual for it is our human right to use anything GOD put on this Earth for US.
