Many countries such as Australia and Canada have already taken measures to get rid of their pennies because they can see the long term economic benefits. I think it's time for the US to start learning from other countries successes so that we can be the strongest country we can be and not have little infrastructural faults that weigh us down such as wastefully minting unnecessary coins.
