Stop making single parents finance enforcement of child support laws. If nothing else make it a tax deduction.

Created by K.D. on December 30, 2013

A single parent is forced to take time off work and pay for legal representation to enforce existing child support laws. If this country is serious about correcting our current welfare system the enforcement of court ordered child support should be taken more seriously by all of our politicians regardless of political affiliations. Maybe if the government carried the financial burden of this enforcement a judge would be less likely to require multiple visits to family court and more inclined to immediate enforcement.
