Management in the workplace must be held accountable. The laws already in place are often ignored and easy to get around. Allow workers to regain their voice so they no longer feel powerless against bullying bosses. Too often mean, power hungry, vindictive bosses are allowed control over workers' livelihoods. Because of their title, they are able to intimidate, change rules and mentally abuse employees, taking away their pride and self worth, leaving them depressed and desperate. This abuse is having a horrible impact on the mental health of our entire nation. Do mandatory inquiries, frequent mandatory surveys or questionnaires for the employee to grade, or review their boss. This must change.
