Stop Mandatory Arbitration

The 7th amendment affords protection to its citizens by a right to a trial by jury where the value in controversy shall exceed $20. The courts have not chosen to enforce this right and ruled in favor of mandatory arbitration where companies control the arbitrators resulting in an injustice. As President, it is your job to enforce the constitution and protect the weak against the strong. No contract should be enforced against the People of this Country that abolishes a Right to trial by jury.
