Mayor Gaskill of Paragould, Arkansas declared that as of January 01 2013 he will enforce MARSHAL LAW on the township of 25,000 people in the United States Of America. Without reasonable cause he has sated in local news stations he intends to violate the civil rights of our fellow Americans. I quote ""If you're out walking, we're going to stop you, ask why you're out walking, check for your ID." , "They may not be doing anything but walking their dog, but they're going to have to prove it."
This is unacceptable and tears the fabric of our great American heritage.
