We the people ask our Commander In Chief to tell Russia and Syria that if the cease-fire collapses again, we will deploy our military to enforce the cease-fire and enable the men, women, and children of Aleppo to evacuate to safety -- and to fulfill that promise if the cease-fire does not hold. We ask President Obama to stand up for the human rights of Aleppo's people.
