Stop Medical Facilities from using Fax machines to transport medical records.

Create a Federal law mandating that all Medical Facilities including, Hospitals, Private Practices and Medial Records Keeper stop using Fax and Copying machines that store patient information in the machine long after machines has been used. Example: Fax machines can be easily used to retrieve information that the machine sent long after it has been used. Also mandate that all facilities that use Copying Machine, that hold vital and personal information on the Hard Drive, must remove the Hard Drive from the machine before it is sold, auctioned or given away and the Hard Drive MUST be destroyed. These machines hold copies of whatever personal material has been copied of faxed from it. This could easily lead to an invasion of PRIVACY, CONFIDENTIALITY and IDENTITY THEFT. This is common sense
