Stop all military operations overseas by 1 August 2013.
This will allow the government to save a large amount of money.
The government will be able to use the military to rebuild America, have a better border security.
This would also allow a large amount of money to start taking care of America, feeding hungry Americans, clothing Americans, giving education to Americans, and build shelters for Americans.
