Stop Military retiree Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) cuts & block all future reductions to armed service retirements.

Created by C.L. on December 13, 2013

Thank you for supporting our men and women in uniform.

The House Budget Committee has proposed the "Provide for the Common Defense Act" that would cut military retirement benefits in an attempt to reverse decades of poor fiscal management on the part of our elected representatives. These cuts would reduce the Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) that thousands of military retirees depend on to counter the impact of increased inflation year after year.

The plan proposed by Congress would protect all current government civilian workers from reduced pension benefits, but does not extend the same courtesy to our armed service members past and present. We believe that defense spending savings should not be made on the backs of those that have sacrificed so much to defend this great Nation.
