stop millennium copyright law from stealing and locking up our equipment

Software copyright law is stealing our rights to repair hardware, sell hardware, and the the greatest use from our financial investment in hardware. Printer cartridges have had chips installed so they cannot be re-filled because of copy right law. It is sometime difficult to get information on software in automobiles. Computers may not be able to be sold because of the software that resides in them. And telephones may not be able to be unlocked without breaking copyright law. We need the RIGHT to fix our broken equipment without being threatened by the copyright law
