Stop millions of dogs and cats from being abused and put to death each year.

We the people need to get a law passed that protects all dogs and cats, putting into law that they must be spayed or neutered. (There would be the exception of show dogs and legal dog breeding, excluding all puppy mills for good). Each year millions of dogs and cats are euthenicsed, killed, beaten, abused, mad to fight and it needs to stop and stop now. We need to make the citizens responsible for the care of animals and stop the abuse. By passing this law people will not have thousands upon thousands of puppys to dispose of. Make a stand now and protect these precious animals who cannot protect themselves.
