Minimum wage jobs are jobs that are designed to help the poorest of our population get back on their feet. We have designed a system in which these people can't even get those jobs because they can't afford the costs of getting that job. Why is the cost of a uniform that you won't be able to re-use at another job, since they are job specific, the responsibility of the employee, over the employer. We need more laws protecting the workers from the greedy employers who care for nothing but their own wallet. The first step to making this country the best that it can be is by having employers take responsibility for their own costs, instead of always dumping those costs on to another group.
