Stop the misinterpretation of the United States Constitution.Specifically, the 2nd Amendment. Defend our constitution.

In light of the recent tragedy perpetrated by Adam Lanza, there have been reports by the media claiming that we the people of the United States do not need "Assault-type rifles" for hunting. Setting aside the obvious misuse of the word "Assault", we would like to remind President Obama that the purpose of the 2nd Amendment is not intended to guarantee the right to hunt, but to protect our right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as well as to protect America from tyranny. The liberal media has pointed to invalid and misrepresented statistics to say countries that have banned guns are safer. The fact is, in the United States, mass shootings have been carried out in gun-free zones. We the people demand that President Obama not pursue an agenda against guns, as he promised.
