Most TV commercials now include a multi-line disclaimer in microscopic text that basically says "The audio portion of our commercial is at best misleading, and at worst, an outright lie."
It is impossible to read the disclaimer text. It is always in tiny print, often in a low contrast color, and frequently flashed on the screen for the short interval required to cover legal obligations.
Any disclaimer should be spoken at the same volume as the rest of the commercial; slowly enough for consumers to understand what is being said.
Advertising should be honest and above board. No trickery, no misleading content.
