Primary elections are not part of our Constitution. They are, according to the Supreme Court, club elections meant for the individual parties to determine who they endorse in the actual election.
Less than half the population of the country are members of one of the parties.
Noone, not even the parties, are empowered by the constitution to restrict who does and who does not appear on any ballot.
That makes the use of public fund and facilities for primary elections a fraud perpetrated on the public.
Please stop use of any public funds or facilities by the parties to perpetrate this fraud, and appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the parties as corrupt organizations (per RICO) for this fraud.
Also, stop them from limiting candidates to only party endorsed candidates
