Stop Monsanto's Farmer Assurance Provision, Sec. 735, and put an end to their control over private farming.

For years, Monsanto has forced farmers to use their seeds, and charged them an arm and a leg to grow their crops. Now with this new legislation, they would have complete immunity from federal courts when it comes to their ability to act against any new Monsanto GMO crops that are suspected to be endangering the public or the environment.
Monsanto has been a drain on this country for too long. It's time to stop them!
