We the people feel that if monsanto corporation wants to genetically modify their seeds , that they should be repsonsible for keeping those seeds and crops from migrating to surrounding farmers crops and contaminating them. It isnt possible for a neighboring farmer to prevent the pollen and seed spores from monsanto seed grown crops from contaminating their crops. After monsantos crops and seeds have contaminated a neighboring farms crops the farmer is then sued by monsanto for patent infringement and this isnt fair or just. Monsanto should bear the responsibility of containing their patented spores and pollens not the other way around. Washington politics has sold out for high paying jobs with monsanto or just outright accepted bribes to make the gate of law swing their way.
