The Ochoas were forcibly removed from their Family home of 13 years and after a recorded document was filed in the County records. One court denied them due process while another court denied judgement of their Default against the Corporation, claiming improper service when a qualified licensed process serving company served the summons and complaint.
The Ochoas had all their equity stolen in their home and their belongings thrown away, stolen by people that refused to give them any business or professional documentation.
The Ochoas lost their son, brother in 2010 at the home and simply want to beable to remain in the home they all shared.
