While banks & big businesses have recovered most American’s have not. Complicating recover is the abuse of programs such as HAMP designed to assist homeowners.
To address and resolve this issue we call on the President and Congress to:
1. Suspend any and all foreclosure actions initiated by any financial institution involving a homeowner who sought assistance under HAMP or any like program.
2. Restore the ownership of any residential property that was foreclosed on within the past 90 days
3. Require financial institutions who are seeking to foreclose on a homeowner to consider three (3) alternatives submitted by the owner with a negotiator/ombudsman meditating the financial decision
If America could bail out the banks, the banks can bailout America.
