Please cut most if not all Foreign aid. Running roughly 17.8 billion dollars annually. It is completely illogical and not in the countrys best interest to BORROW money from one country to GIVE it to another country when we are over 16 trillion dollars in debt and rising. When we can take care of our own domestics issues and have a surplus then we can resume.
