This is very simple. Stop the use of texting, or talking on a cell phone, or a hands free phone, while driving. This distraction has caused as many accidents as drunk driving.
We impose so many other safety restrictions, but we allow this one to go on. How many more deaths and accidents will it take to stop this practice?
