Transparency in voting and introduction of legislation is key to our way of government in Washington. ALL legislators need to bring this ideal to their constituency and act on their own record in Congress. Secret proceedings are not the way of the constitutional mandates outlined in our blessed Constitution. If you cannot be accountable to your constituents, why are you in Congress?
