We demand that Teen Mom 2 be taken off the air immediately. This show is exploiting teen mothers and their children. MTV has been glorifying drug use, child neglect, reckless sexual activity and abortion as a means of birth control.
Mothers around the US are outraged that this show continues to highlight the deplorable behaviors of immature young adult mothers and their significant others. MTV has put them in a position of "role model."
Children's lives and safety are at stake. We will no longer sit quietly while our teenagers are subliminally fed ideas that drug use, child abuse, promiscuity, disrespect for life and poor morals are the norm. MTV has profited enough from this series and it needs to end.
