Prevent state municipalities in all states to be able to put a person's home up for tax sale because you owe some money on a county utility. For example, Camden County New Jersey will do it if you owe money on the County Sewer charges and townships, e.g., Gloucester Township of Camden County also has a sewer charge will put your home up for tax sale if you haven't paid the bill all year even though your regular taxes on your home are up-to-date. Therefore, I have to pay two sewer bills, one from the county and one from the township, on top of being responsible for sewer repairs. So I am asking everyone in every state who might have this problem to sign this petition.
