My 15 month old Grandson Damoniko Ashby was murdered on 5/14/09.His murderer was given a deal to admit to manslaughter 1, he took that deal.The judge then sentenced him to 132 months.He beat my Grandson to death.He then skipped a bail hearing and robbed a pharmacy armed by the way.The judge ignored all of this and set his sentance according to points he had on his record.Damoniko didnt get a deal did he.No James Fryberg took his life with no regard to anyone's feelings but his selfish anger.My Son ( the Father.) and our family had to stand in front of a Judge and beg her to give him the most time allowed.There was no remorse in this monster.No in fact he lied and said that Damoniko fell down the stairs.He didnt admit to doing this until the Medical Examiners report came in and he had to.
