The global community again looks on in horror in the wake of yet another mass murder of American children by American children using military assault rifles and concealable weapons. Weapons not readily available in other industrialised countries. Nor have they needed them for personal protection. "We the People" of the global community say;
1: Control and restrict Military style firearms to military Personnel and those that have a legitimate right to possess automatic and concealable firearms
2: Reform and deploy national laws with respect of the safe storage and transportation of firearms and those licensed to own or use them including where & how they use them
3: Create legislation that more effectively screens persons wanting to own & use firearms
