Stop NASA from mining the moon.

NASA is accepting applications from big mining companies to allow mining the moon for resources. Resources like Helium and precious metals. I believe the people of not only America but the world should have a say in if this should happen or not. The moon is not owned by one person nor a group of people, it is part of our solar system. There are many issues with this plan and one that sticks out to me is the financial gain for the mining companies and other businesses affiliated with this project.(Not to mention the destruction of our moon.) Big companies have sucked our Earth dry of natural resources for their own greed, and are now moving on to our moon without the permission of the people of Earth. I ask you to please acknowledge this and change the future plans that NASA has in store.
