Stop NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration from using low level combustible fuels to get in,to have them engineer a clean energy device to put rigid materials into space.give every citizen credit for retirement from the infrastructure established in space and any other Terraforming the United States of America funds with tax dollars.And in the future is reconstituted to taxpayers of the present in a retirement fund dividends.That is heavily fortified against inflation ,unlike the current Social Security program.
