Stop Nerual Monitoring On Humans

I am contacting you in concern of different things that have been happening over the last three years. At this moment you are probually being contacted to not recieve this email. Been under cia mind torture, remote nerual monitoring. No jokes no gimminks. Don't know why either. I filed a white house petition and a foia request and haven't heard anything back. I have constant death threats. A gas bomb was put in my mothers car when we were living in little rock. Anywhere I go there are gang stalkers. I have trolls that issue redirects on any site I go to, actually have wrote these down. I can actually hear the frequencys that they direct at me. Its a high pitch one, and usually incorparates voices and nerve stimulation. Iam willing to go to court.
