stop the new evaluation systems on educators and give them the freedom and creativity to educate within their classrooms

Although we constantly see our teachers as poor and our education system as almost as bad, we have prospered throughout the years as a result of our creativity and our education system. We need to stop bashing teachers. Teachers did not go into teaching to teach to a test or jump through hoops to pass a specified evaluation system. Because of these new evaluations teachers concentrate more, now, on their performance as perceived by their superiors and not what might be beneficial to the students as they have for many years in America. Give teachers back their job security so that they can concentrate on the child and not on the perception of the powers that be (so they do not spend all their energy kissing up to superiors and none on the children they are teaching).
