Stop New York State and New York City from taking away the right to bear arms.

With this petition we the people would like the right to own and purchase Assault Rifles, 5.56mm ammunition with 30 round Magazines. As an American, it is our right to posses abilities to own weapons and believe New York State's Government is unconstitutional and infringes on our rights to arm ourselves properly. We would also ask of the Obama administration to lower the price of licensing fees and to call New York State to have a mandatory course to properly teach those how to operate, clean and implement proper saftey procedures.
