Work with Congress to modify the laws and regulations that oversee the Postal Service to allow it to be more efficient and to increase postal rates within historical norms, currently 8-10 cents, without congressional approval. It is time that we recognize the business of the Postal Service and its essential nature to the movement of products within and without the United States of America and allow it to operate as such.
