Senate Appropriations to various government agencies and thousands of corporations have authorized development, testing/evaluation of war weapons/biological/chemical weapons on citizens/military personnel defined by DOD Directive 5240.1-R as ‘unwitting’. This would include the over 313 Billion U.S. citizens who are unaware of these practices or ill-effects of these chemicals; electromagnetic, direct energies, chemicals or otherwise that affect the health of billions of citizens and military personnel. Appropriations documents the cities/U.S. regions identified as targets for testing of these dangerous technologies affecting our weather, waters, farmlands and health. Now 75 Senators voted to allow the needless development/evaluation of 30,000 additional war Drones over our U.S. skies.
