Every day our children are getting snatched up &/or wrongfully retained by the non-custodial parents, many whom in which just lie & con their way into getting emergency custody orders to get custody of our children, thus after the wrongfully ruling by the judge, they keep our children from us, & turn them against us through lies,& deceit, thus the "Parental Alienation" which in turn is proven to be one of the worst forms of CHILD ABUSE, but it completely gets over looked by DSS or CPS. Now is it fair that our children be taken away & kept from us (in this horrific form of child abuse that goes unnoticed by the system) due to a non-custodial's "word" & in return the children & other parent having to suffer for years because the parent wasn't able to attain representation? NO TO CHILD ABUSE!
