Stop non-US citizens from signing or creating petitions on We the People.

Created by L.W. on June 22, 2013

The "We the People" website grants direct access to the Executive branch of the United States government, yet asks for no form of national identification when used. As petitions may have considerable political power, as they have in the past, the possibility that US Government policy may be entirely driven by non-US citizens is dangerous and undemocratic. A practical solution to this problem may be location-based IP blocking for those creating We the People accounts.
