Stop the NSA's Remote Neural Monitoring and Directed Energy Weapons used on Millions of Americans

I am a "targeted individual" that has been victim to an organized stalking campaign and electronic harassment led by the NSA. I have been raped, shocked, burned, and poisoned with radiation along with constantly being threatened by the NSA using computer to brain link technology (synthetic telepathy) and Directed Energy Weapons to slowly kill me and destroy my life. I have literally been assaulted by the NSA's Remote Neural Monitoring (EMF and ELF) not thousands, but hundreds of thousands of times going on 3 years now along with being gang stalked every where I go. I was healthy before all of this started taking place but now my health is starting to decline do to constantly being bombarded with directed electromagnetic radiation emitted by the NSA's Satellites and Gwen Towers.
