Stop the NSA's Unconstitutional Spying

NSA domestic surveillance has proved terrible for the united states. Judge John Bates, of the FISC, has reviewed the documents surrounding the PRISM program found that the NSA abuses were so systemic and widespread that it was safe to say the program has never been properly managed at all. It seems that the NSA has little regard for the privacy the constitution grant Americans; the Washington Post finds over 2,500 NSA overreaches in a single year. Also the NSA has been unable to provide a single example (that holds up in good light) of NSA domestic surveillance stopping a terrorist plot. They point to a couple of examples, one of which was actually stopped by the FBI and British Intelligence, another of which was a just a man sending money to his family in Somalia.
