December 17, emergency NTID Faculty Congress meeting specifically 2 discuss campuswide "climate of fear" which was confirmed by many attendants. This has been created by a long history of hostile actions of NTID Admin members toward faculty, staff, & students. By hostile actions, we mean overt or subtle actions showing clear lack of respect.Include but are not limited to, aggressive intimidation by admin members in meetings clear intention of silencing differing opinions on language access, the suppressing & trivializing of concerns of People of Color (POC) resulting in the inability to discuss issues that POC face, the continuous trivializing of student concerns & misrepresentation of those concerns with admin preferred talking points implied & explicit communication job related reprisals
