Stop nuclear proliferation.

The Obama Administration needs to stop nuclear proliferation. This is something he was awarded the Nobel Prize for in 2009 but has obviously failed to do. It is known that nuclear material is produced to build nuclear reactors. Therefore building nuclear reactors IS nuclear proliferation. We need to follow Germany's lead on this and decommission all nuclear reactors because our scientists still do not understand basic radioactivity. It is also noted that nuclear waste is buried underground as it's effects will destroy the environment and the safety and well being of future/current generations. Nuclear reactors need to be decommissioned as soon as possible until we understand what radioactivity really is. This is similar to doctors stating that smoking is healthy in the 1950's.
