To stop NY cars inspection .This law is targeting low income people forcing them to sale their car or spend
some on necessary money on a car .this law is to help dealers sale cars .and some repair shops are taking advantage of people with this law .I.m a mechanic and
and i think this law target low income people and people with money. Some people lose their jobs by not having a car or by their car not passing inspection .Wen the car still runs good an just because a small electric problem some time it wont pass .And they are force of the road or force ton buying a new car .
