Tolls for the NYS Thruway were supposed to end upon completion. New Yorkers pay high enough taxes as is, that we should be able to fund the DOT from those taxes. If you have ever driven the NYS Thruway, you know the terrible shape it is in. It is not up to par with much of the country-who don't have tolls! End the tolls now.
