We The People demand the Us Gov. cease ALL procurement of Ammo for entities other then the US Military. We have intrusted the US Government with our Education, IRS, Banking System, Economy, Federal Reserve, Treasury, Post Office and Securing of Our Borders.
After looking at the results of the above. The American People do not trust a Incompetent Federal Government with a DHS currently armed with 1.4 Billion Rounds of Ammo. DHS SHALL be UN-Armed and used for Information Gathering ONLY.
This petition also Demands this Ammunition In possession by DHS as of 10 AM February 3rd 2013 shall be sold though Surplus Sales to the United States Militia (Armed US Citizens) ONLY and NO further Procurement of War Materials Permitted. ANY civilian national security force Shall be 2nd Amendment ONLY.
